BabyGuru.ca Returns Policy
At BabyGuru.ca we want your shopping experience to be GREAT! As such we will help resolve any issues you have with our products in a timely fashion.
Should you simply not want a product that you have received we will gladly accept it back providing the goods are in perfect resale condition. Should this not be the case then a resocking fee of up to 50% may apply. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the goods to us at BabyGuru.ca and the cost of shipping the item to you may not be entirely refundable, depending on the shipping method you chose.
Our manufacturers are selected for their commitment to excellent customer service, in the unlikely event of an item arriving in faulty condition our customers should contact the manufacturers for assistance and inform BabyGuru.ca of the issues with the product.
Faulty product may be returned only at the advice of the manufacturers and with a valid manufacturer RMA number or a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply.
Where possible BabyGuru.ca will pay for shipping a replacement item to you, depending on the situation and whether the product has been purchased under a 'SpecialOffer'.
Goods Damaged In Transit
For items damaged in transit the following should be carried out:-
1) notify BabyGuru.ca within 24 hours of recipt of an item damaged in transit
2) retain all packaging the item was shipped in
3) if the packaging is obviously damaged, only sign for the items as 'Damaged Packaging, items not inspected'
4) if the packaging and goods inside are obviously severely damaged refuse the delivery entirely.
Should you not follow the above procedure, you may be liable for a restocking fee of up to 50%.
