Shipping Information

We endeavour to provide the highest quality shipping service at an affordable price. Details on our shipping service are as follows:

• We offer free shipping on orders over $250. Exceptions apply depending on your location and for large furnitre items. These exceptions are described below and detailed in the product pages on our site.
• Free shipping is NOT available to Yukon, Northwest Territories or Nunavut. We are charged extra for shipments to these location. BABYGURU WILL CONFIRM YOUR SHIPPING CHARGE PRIOR TO BILLING AND SHIPPING ORDERS TO THESE PROVINCES. PLEASE CHECKOUT AS NORMAL AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER.
• Free shipping is NOT available on large furniture items. We are charged a surcharge on larger items by all carriers. In store pickup or a free local delivery service is available for the GTA.
• BabyGuru has multiple shipping partners. Generally we ship via Fedex Ground, however, we reserve the right to use other carriers as necessary or we see fit. Shipping and handling charges are billed as quoted on our web site regardless of the carrier used.
• Return shipping costs to BabyGuru are the responsibility of the customer EXCEPT for damaged goods.
• US orders may be subject to brokerage and duty charges when shipping across the border. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer, NOT BabyGuru. Example charges vary from $25 to $50 brokerage fee and 5% to 15% duty for items manufactured outside of North America.
